Gene Parks, PT
Gene is a 1977 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Division of Physical Therapy Education program. Gene moved to Hastings in 1977 and worked at a local medical facility until co-founding PTSR in 1992. Gene provides sports coverage at St. Cecilia Catholic High School in addition to his duties at PTSR.

Pat Rogers, PTPat is a 1977 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Division of Physical Therapy Education program. Pat started her career in California and came to Hastings in 1990. Pat co-founded PTSR in 1992. Pat provides sports coverage at St. Cecilia High School in addition to her duties at PTSR. |
Mark Johnson, PT, OCS, CSCS
Mark is a 1989 graduate of Kansas University Medical Center's Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science Department. Mark came to Hastings in 1990 and co-founded PTSR in 1992. Mark received a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2003. Mark was recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2008. Mark provides sports coverage at Adams Central High School and on-site care for local industries in addition to his duties at PTSR.
Brent Weston, PT, OCS, CSCS
Brent graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Division of Physical Therapy Education in 2000. Brent is originally from Springview, NE and joined PTSR in June 2001. Brent received his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialization (CSCS) in 2003. The American Physical Therapy Association recognized Brent as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2007. In addition to his duties at PTSR, Brent provides sports coverage at Adams Central High School.
Stacy M. Ladwig, PT, DPT
Stacy is a 2010 graduate of Creighton Univesity Physical Therapy program. She grew up in the Hastings area, graudating from Lawrence High School and was an All-American basketball player for Hastings College. She earned her Bachelor of Ars degree in Biology from Hastings College. In addition to her outpatient clients at PTSR, Stacy will oversee the aquatic program and will provide sports coverage for Hastings High School.
Chad Kudlacek, OTR/L, CHT, CEAS
Chad is a 2001 graduate of Creighton University's Occupational Therapy School. Chad joined the staff at PTSR in December in 2001. Chad received his Certified Hand Therapist recognition in 2009. Chad's primary focus is rehabilitating injuries to the hand, wrist or elbow. He also creates custom splints for upper extremity injuries. In addition to his work with upper extremity injuries, Chad provides on-site care at local industries, evaluates ergonomic situations, administers post offer pre-employment fitness tests and conducts drug/alcohol screening tests. In 2011, Chad also been recognized as a Certified Assessment Specialist.
Bryan Douglas, PTA
Bryan is a 1995 graduate of Colby Community College's physical therapy assistant program. Bryan came to work at PTSR in 1992 after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Bryan provides care for clients needing occupational medical services (PCP, or drug/alcohol screening) in addition to his duties at PTSR.
Lindsey Ansbach, MSEd, ATC
Lindsey graduated from Midland Lutheran College in 1999 and received certification as an Athletic Trainer in February 2000. Lindsey went on to earn her Masters Degree from Northwest Missouri State University in 2001. Lindsey joined the staff at PTSR in 2003. Lindsey provides athletic training services for Hastings High School and assists with care in the clinic.
