I did pelvic floor PT for the first time right after having my third baby. I regret not doing it sooner as it was a game changer.
I was back to running quicker than any other pregnancy and ran a marathon relay 4 months postpartum without major leaking issues! The exercises were personalized to my postpartum fitness level and sessions included so much good information about the pelvic floor and understanding the changes my body went through during pregnancy and delivery. And the PT sessions were FUN! I looked forward to them!
At the completion of my program I walked away with a fitness plan to continue pelvic floor strengthening beyond the PT sessions. Incredibly grateful for Courtney and her wealth of knowledge in this area. Thanks for helping this mama get back at it!
